Hello, hello, hello.  It's me Sweet Pea. I am so excited to meet you I can hardily hold still.  Kisses, kisses.  Ok, so I am about five years old and came to the rescue when my family said they didn't have the time or money for me anymore.  I am glad they made that choice.  You see I was sick and they didn't know it.  I had a painful tummy and something called bladder stones.  I had surgery and they took out four stones and the biggest one was the size of a marble.  I feel so much better now.  I will eat special food the rest of my life so they don't form any more stones.  That's ok to because I love food no matter what kind.

Ok, so maybe I love food a little too much.  I need to lose some weight to help keep me and my joints healthy. I have a small frame body and wonderfully soft hair.  Cuddling with you is super and getting petted is the best, well next to food.  I am happy and have a joyful outlook on life.  I like other dogs but sometimes find it hard to share my person with them.

I have been spay, microchipped and vaccinated.  My adoption fee is 175.00.  The first step in adopting me is to complete and application at www.dogsasfamily.org.  Do you need a little Sweet Pea in your life?  My heart longs for you.
