Oh Hello, my name is Sadie.  I am about five years old and I came from a place they call a puppy mill.  I had lots of babies and I am a good girl.  I always do my best and try to remain happy.  I watch my weight and weigh less than 10 pounds.  I think that is a nice size to sit with you.

I think life is good.  I am learning about going potty outside and how wonderful it is to be loved.  I get so excited to see you that I just wiggle all over.  It is just so wonderful that you would want to see me and the only thing I can think of that's better is if you would want to adopt me.  Could I be part of your family?  I like other dogs, kids and just about anyone you want to bring around.
