Hello, I am Max. I was born in April and I am a growing boy. Last time they weighed me I was about twenty pounds and should be around 60 lbs as an adult. I am very interested in doing what you want me do, you just have to teach me. I am a quick learner.
My brother and sisters and I were brought to a shelter and they said we were golden retrievers but I think I look maybe lab too. I think I have a golden personality though. I will be by you and play gently with other dogs and children. They say I am a little laid back...is that a good thing? Why are so many people in a big hurry? I think life should be enjoyed with each day at a pace you can savor.
Speaking of savor, I love food. They gave me treats and I learned how to sit, stay off and leave it. Show me the food and tell me what you want me to do and I am there. I also have been working on housetraining and I haven't had a single accident inside in a while. When I come to your house maybe you could show me where to potty too. I prefer to potty outside anyways.
I have been told I am sweet. I can look into your eyes and I am just so full of love and adoration for you. I just can't wait to give you kisses. After a few kisses for you and a little belly rub for me maybe we could play? If you are busy just show me the toys and I will play by myself for a while.
I went to the vet and had three rounds of puppy vaccinations, was neutered and micro chipped. I am ready to go to my forever home. My adoption fee is 150.00 and you can fill out an adoption application for Max at www.dogsasfamily.com.
