Hey, how ya doing? I am Shep. Glad to meet ya. I am less than five months old and I weigh about 33 lbs right now. I am a German Shepherd that will be 70-80 pounds as an adult. I have some pretty good size feet they tell me.
A very kind lady brought me to the rescue from a place called Burns Flats. It was a couple of hours drive but I didn’t mind. I really like to be with my people and I am much calmer & settled with people. Please don’t misunderstand I love to play with other dogs but I sort of let loose and get a little wild when I play with them. Sometimes you just have fun!
Toys, hmmm, whoever invented those I am forever grateful. Man, do I love toys. Squeaky ones just drive me nuts. And that kong one, it’s awesome. Toys, toys I would love lots of toys. When I am done playing maybe I could just sit next to you and lean on you. That is so neat.
I am working on housetraining and crate training. What a concept??? Oh well, maybe you can help me learn more about those.
I have been to the vet. He gave me vaccinations. Then they neutered & microchipped me and looked at my big ole feet. Sometimes I sit funny, not funny ha-ha but funny odd. I don’t have any pain and they gave me some supplements for my bones. They aren’t sure if I will sit exactly right again but I don’t mind. I just need good food now so my body can grow big and strong.
If you have questions about me you can call my foster mom Laura at 405-706-7744. If you want to adopt me please e-mail dogsasfamily@sbcglobal.net and ask for an application ‘cause you want Shep. My adoption fee is 150.00.
