Hello! My name is Romeo. I am a male, weighing 13 pounds and about two years old. They think I am a mix between a poodle and a yorkie. I was picked up by the shelter because I was out looking for female dogs. Ok, I admit I had found one and was very unhappy they didn’t let me get a little more personal with her. So the shelter thought it was best I went to a rescue when my family didn’t claim me. Please don’t misunderstand I am a good boy but need a home and a new family now.

I am an independent kind of guy that thinks he is a big dog. Sure I like attention from you but I also like to look around and explore in the fenced yard too. I don’t have a lot of interest in toys, some are ok. I know sit, shake, walk on a leash and how to play ball. I am house trained and crate trained. I do have a coat that requires grooming or brushing but it is so soft and fluffy. I don’t appear to shed. I honestly don’t think I have ever felt really wanted until I came to the rescue, could you want me?

I am vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. I am also current on heartworm, flea and tick preventatives. My adoption fee is 250.00.
