Greetings. My name is Black Jack but you can call me Jack. I am a soft coated male that weighs about fifteen pounds and I am three years old. I came to the shelter because my family was moving and didn’t want to take me with. I was really upset so they called the rescue to come and get me. As soon as I left there I felt better. Please don’t misunderstand, they were kind at the shelter but I just couldn’t understand what I had done for my family to not want me. Could you want me?

I am a happy, well behaved boy. I like other dogs, especially the girls! I appear to be house and crate trained. Toys are great. Running and playing in the fenced yard is fun. I am a companion and live in the house with you. I like everyone I meet however I have not been around really small children so a little older is probably better. I don’t want to miss a meal or treat. Maybe you will teach me a few tricks? Anything you want is fine because I just want to please you and be part of the family.
I am neutered, vaccinated, micro chipped and current on heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. My adoption fee is 250.00. The first step in adopting me is to complete an application for Black Jack at dogsasfamily.org. You can place your bet on me because I am a winner and I hope I can be yours.
