Hello.  My name is Shelbi.  I am about a year old and weigh just over twelve pounds.  They think I am a mix between a pug and a chihuahua, that makes me a Chug.  I came to the rescue after being taken to the local animal shelter and no one claimed me.  That is ok because I gave birth to my three beautiful boys, Lugnut, Diesel and Axel a few days later.  They are old enough to have homes of their own and I am looking for a forever family now.

   I love to cuddle with my foster family and fur babies there.  I love toys, playing keep away and chasing.   I can jump so high when I get excited.  I am an outgoing girl and never met someone I didn't like.

   So I'm little bit stubborn sometimes. But oh so sweet all the time.  My foster mom says I am a real sweetheart.  I am house trained and can go into a crate but I am not fond of it.

   I have been vaccinated, spay, had a hernia repaired and am microchipped.  I'm up to date on my heartworm/flea/tick preventatives.  My adoption fee is 175.00.  The first step in adopting me is to complete an adoption application for Shelbi at dogsasfamily.org.
