Hey there, my name is Emmie. I am a one-year old Airedale Terrier mix that weighs about 40 pounds. I came to the rescue after I got lost from my family and was brought to a local animal shelter. I waited but they never came to find me so the rescue got me out of there. I am so glad to be here while they are looking for a new forever home for me.
I like life and am a happy, loving girl. I follow my person around to see what they are up to and honestly just to be near you. I have lots of energy so I love to play ball, horse around in the fenced yard with you, go for walks or run with you. I like activity no matter what it is but hopefully we can find positive things to do together so we don’t get too bored. Learning new things is fun and easy for me, maybe we can make it like a game? I like other dogs and play with them as much as they can.
I have been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. My adoption fee is 200.00. The first step in adopting me is to complete an application for Emmie at dogsasfamily.org. All adoptions take place in person in Oklahoma City and they won’t ship me. I am just waiting to see what my new family will look like; will it be you?
