Hi. My name is Krissy.  I am a six-year-old Maltese.  I weigh about six pounds but am overweight.  I came to the rescue after I was done having babies.  I am ready for a regular life and home.

   I am happy and loving.  Sure, we need a little time to get to know each other but you will grow on me quickly.  I know how to use a doggy door but we need to work on housetraining.  I do potty when you take me outside and would rather potty out there but have used a potty pad too.  I had a dental done and only have six teeth left.  I don’t care, I just love food.  Right now, I am eating a diet food but we can change to a regular food very soon.  Just help me not to over eat, ok?  I don’t shed and do need to be groomed and/or brushed regularly.  I just want a family and home to love me forever.

   I have been spayed, micro chipped, and am vaccinated.  I am current on heartworm/flea and tick preventative.  My adoption fee is 200.00.  The first step in adopting me is to complete an application at dogsasfamily.org.  Please, can we meet soon?
