Hello, my name is Cissy. I am a 40 pound nine-year-old wheaten terrier. I came to the rescue with my little brother Happy after our mom couldn’t remember to take care of us. I tried to help her because I loved her so much but she needed to live somewhere that other people could be there for her. I will always love my other mother but now I need a new family of my own.
I consider myself a happy girl. I am house trained of course. I still love to run and play sometimes so if you are expecting a couch potato that is not me. Spending time hanging out with you is great. I do not shed so I will need to be groomed regularly. I have not been around cats so I am not sure if I like them or not. I like to chase squirrels so I probably would chase the cat too so its best to have a home with no cats. I know some basic manners and love to go for walks with you.
I have been spay, vaccinated and microchipped so I am ready to go home with you. The first step in adopting me is to complete an application at dogsasfamily.org. My adoption fee is 150.00. Let’s spend some time together.
