Hey everyone, I am Kaleb. I came from a place where my job was being a stud. I know it might sound fun to some people but living in a metal building and never having a home and family gets old. Well I am here in the rescue now and I weigh about 19 lbs. and am six years old.
I don’t know much about myself. I mean toys are a new thing to me and being held is a little strange but I am starting to think it’s not too bad. I love to live in the house and am trying to understand the house rules. I guess I need more work on house training because I just don’t understand the difference between inside the back door and out the back door. Well maybe you can teach me.
I am current on vaccinations, was neutered and micro chipped. While I was sleeping they cleaned my teeth and pulled some rotten ones too. So when we meet my front teeth are all I have left. It would be really nice if you could put a little water or soft food in the bowl otherwise I have to swallow everything whole. I do like those soft treats too.
So to recap, I am a nice guy looking for a permanent home with a loving, patient family. My adoption fee is 150.00 to help cover some of my vet expenses. If we sound like a good match please go to www.dogsasfamily.com and fill out an adoption application for me Kaleb. I will just wait for your call.
September 2012: I went into a prison dog training program and will return in six weeks house trained, crate trained and obedience trained. I think it will help me alot and I can't wait to show you all I know when I get out.
