Hi, I'm Claire and I have been living in a junk yard.  It is a pretty scary place and the other dogs were mean to me.  One day a lady came and took me out of there, so here I am with the rescue.

   Over the last months before I left the junkyard I had puppies and ate whatever I was given or could find.  It is so nice to have steady food, water and a safe place to sleep now.

   I got to go to a place called the vet and get vaccinations, spayed and treated for these nasty things called heartworms.  I 'm all recovered and ready for you to adopt me.Oh, they said I was about two years old and I weigh 40 lbs.

   I am pretty quiet but very loving.  I would like to learn how to be part of your family.  I watch the other dogs play with toys and I think I might like to do that one day too. Please don't put me out in the yard and leave me.  I admit I am afraid you'll never let me back inside again and I don't want to be left alone again.
