Hi. My name is Chuey. I am male chihuahua, over eight years old and I weigh about 8 pounds. Have you ever had your mom go to a place called heaven? My mom did. Honestly, I don't really understand it. All I know is she is gone and I need a new family.
I am happy little guy. I am a little cautious of change and young children so although I love kids they will have to be older or ones that just visit and go home. I like other dogs of all sizes and have no fear of even the really big ones. I am not sure about cats. I have lived in a home with a doggy door and know how to use a potty pad. Now, to be quite honest, I will mark places in a new home. You will need to have patience and maybe make me wear a "belly band" when I am inside. With out them being able to ask my mom questions we will just have to figure things out together. I love to be loved and to sit with you.
I have been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. I am current on flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. My adoption fee is 150.00. The first step in the process to adopt me, Chuey, is to complete an application at dogsasfamily.org. You and me, we could be something really special.
