Hello!  I am so glad to meet you.  My name is Nellie.  I am a female Italian greyhound mix.  I weigh over 15 lbs. and am about a year old.  I came to the rescue after I was taken to the shelter but my family never came to claim me.  I waited patiently so I am not sure what happened to them.  Well, life moves on and so I am ready for a new home..

Speaking of moving, I can run so fast!  I love it and it's so fun to run and play.  Other dogs are great but honestly I am not good at listening when they say to leave them alone.  It just seems that life is too good not to enjoy it.  I am a very happy girl.  I need someone to teach me better manners. I do know some so don't let me fool you. Yeah, I admit I jump up on you and talk a little too much but that can all change.  Maybe we could go for walks or runs?  Maybe you could teach me to play ball or we could do agility?  The possibilities are so exciting.  Honestly, I need to concentrate on letting you know when I have to go potty or maybe you could just remind me for a little while.  I just get so busy doing other things I forget until I can hardily hold it anymore.  Life is so good I don't want to miss a moment or an opportunity to play, gives kisses or just see you.
