Hi, my name is Kallie. I am a female shih tzu.  I weigh about 10 lbs. and am over three years old.  I came to the rescue after I was taken to the shelter by my family.  They said they just didn't have time for me anymore.  I would have waited patiently for them.  I guess I just won't be able to understand why they couldn't love me enough to make time for me.  It's going to be just fine because I am ready to share my heart with another family.

I am sweet, happy and loving.  I dance with joy when I see you.  My coat is soft and I loved to be petted or carried around.  I know to potty outside and can follow directions.  I have been raised around children in a busy house with lots of people coming and going so not much scares me.  I am fine with other dogs my size and if they are bigger we would just have to see.  I don't mind dressing up or if you put bows in my hair.  I don't shed so I will have to be groomed regularly. I love the groomer so that shouldn't be a problem either.  I like to look my best.

I have been spayed, microchipped and vaccinated.  I am also current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  I have been groomed recently.  My adoption fee is 250.00.  The first step in adopting me is to complete an adoption application for me, Kallie, at dogsasfamily.org.   A home, family and lots of love, I look forward to that life with you.
