Hi.  My name is Cooper.  I am a terrier, about two years old and weigh less than 20 pounds.  I was picked up by the shelter people when I was found running loose. They kept me there for a while but my other family never came looking for me so the rescue took me. I am ready, willing and able to adopt you as my new family.

   Let me first say I can jump high, yep, literally straight up and down.  I think it’s fun but I have been told I need to learn to sometimes control myself a little better.  I heard them say someone needs to work with me about jumping up on people but I like to jump so maybe you could teach me a game that I can jump up in?  I like most other dogs and kids but my person is the best.  I appear to be house trained so I know to potty outside.  I also know how to sit, lay down and walk on a leash.  Running and playing is fun in the fenced yard that has a secure fence I can't jump over.  Being with you in the house is my favorite thing.  I am a happy boy, so if you need a bright light in your life it could be me.

   I have been vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.  My adoption fee is 150.00.  The first thing you need to do is go to dogsasfamily.org and fill out an adoption application for me, Cooper.  Life can be whatever we make of it, let’s make a life together.
