Hello. My name is Suki. I am a female about four years old and I weigh about 56 pounds. I lost my family or they lost me. I waited for them and ran to each vehicle that came by but none were my people. Finally, after many days and nice people trying to help me I picked a person to go with. Now I am safe here at the rescue and am looking for a new family to love and protect.
Loyal, that is me. I believe I should be and am the most loyal loving companion to my people or person. I want to be with you as much as you allow me to. I love to give you hugs and bury my head in your chest. Smile, yes, I smile. I am happy and sweet. If you call me I come straight to you and sit at your feet awaiting to hear what you want. Sometimes I like to play with another dog but don’t like them near my food. Cats or other small animals are not a good idea for me because I will chase with the intent to catch. I honestly would prefer to have you all to myself as your only furry family member and if I had to share you it would be with only one other large furry family member. I am crate trained and house trained.
I have been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. I am current on heartworm/flea & tick preventatives. My adoption fee is 175.00. The first step in adopting me is to complete an application for me Suki on the website dogsasfamily.org. I am happy with my foster family until you are ready to make me your family. Then I can call you mine forever.
