Oh hello, my name is Thelma. I am a female chihuahua that is about six years old and weigh over eight pounds. I came to the rescue with my older sister Louise. We have had two moms and over the years they both went to heaven. Dad was mean, didn’t like us and wanted us to go to sleep forever. He took us to the shelter but they called the rescue and we came here to be safe and loved again. I am so glad. Louise is already in a home and I am looking for mine now.
I am quiet and loving. Yes, I can still be afraid of some men but I really trust most now. I bow down and want to be picked up and loved on. I like other dogs and am housetrained. We just have to communicate about me going outside because I am so quiet sometimes you may not notice me. My coat is soft and I give gentle kisses to my person.
