Hello, my name is Mitzi. I came to the rescue after I became homeless. I have no idea what happened but my family lost their home and so did I. I am not a youngster but have plenty of life and love to give. I am only about seven years old and weigh less than fifteen pounds. I am looking for a new lap to sit on and a person to love.
I like other dogs, cats and people. So, I confess, I bark rather loudly when I have to go potty. I just want to make sure you know. I have always lived inside and don’t want that to change. My coat was looking rough so I was shaved and feel a lot better right now. I will have to be groomed regularly as it grows out. The vet cleaned my teeth and I lost a few but that doesn’t stop me from loving food. You don’t mind my crooked smile, do you?
