Are looking at me, Clark? Well all right but I am a little shy. I am a three year old that weighs less than nine pounds. I came to the rescue with ten other yorkies from a place called a puppy mill. I lived in a barn, was rarely held and was put in with a female when they wanted us to have puppies. I don't want that kind of life. I desire a home and a family.
I can honestly say I want to trust people but I am unsure. I watch some of the others and they seem to like being held and petted so I want to give it a try. Do you have a gentle, loving spirit? Maybe you are the one to help me set down this baggage I carry and move on to a better life? So I admit I do need help with house training and of course some social skills, ok? I like other dogs and am more of a follower than a leader. If there was another dog in your home they could show me what to do.
I was vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, had my teeth cleaned and was groomed. My adoption fee is 250.00. The first step in adopting me is to go to www.dogsasfamily.org and fill out an adoption application. It is time for me to step out of the shadows and be loved for just being me. If you can do that then I could be your new furry son.
